HOW DO I PROCEED THROUGH THE CHECK OUT PROCESS?
Once you have finished adding items to your Cart, simply click the “Check Out” button on the Shopping Bag page and we will guide you through the check out process.
WHAT METHODS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept Credit Cards, Debit Cards, PayPal and Bank Transfer (through PayPal).
HOW SAFE IS MY PERSONAL INFORMATION?
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO SHIP?
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days and then, barring any unexpected delays, orders of in-stock items are shipped through DHL Express, which takes another 3-5 business days to be delivered.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes, we do ship worldwide through DHL Express. Some international shipments may require duties, taxes and customs fees. Please note that we have no control over these fees.
DO YOU OFFER FREE SHIPPING?
Yes, we do offer free worldwide shipping on all orders.
WHERE WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED FROM?
We are US company but we have multiple warehouses all over the world (US, Europe and Hong Kong). We will shipped your order through the fastest way.
WHY HAVEN’T I RECEIVED MY ORDER CONFIRMATION?
Sometimes the order confirmation goes to the spam folder, please check that folder too.
WHY HAVEN’T I RECEIVED TRACKING INFORMATION FOR MY ORDER?
You should receive a shipping confirmation with the tracking number once your order has been shipped. You can track your order here: http://www.dhl.com/en/express If you are concerned about the status of your shipment, please contact email@example.com and we can provide more details.
I USED THE WRONG ADDRESS, CAN I CHANGE THIS?
As long as your item is not shipped yet, we can still change this in our back end system. Please mail us the correct address and your order number to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will take care of it. Once the order is shipped out (you will receive tracking info when shipped), it is out of our hands. If that is the case you need to contact the carrier who is delivering your items.
HOW DO I CARE FOR MY WAXED CANVAS BAG?
To clean off any visible dust or dirt we recommend using a light scrub brush or damp sponge to spot clean. Do not apply any heavy detergents. To maintain a vibrant finish, we recommend reproofing your bag periodically with an appropriate wax.
HOW DO I CARE FOR MY LEATHER BAG?
The leather we use is designed to age gracefully and with the character expected from a designer bag. Natural marks and scratches allow the leather to develop a rich patina, enhancing its appeal over time. We recommend using a mild leather cream periodically to maintain the finish. To remove any surface dirt, simply wipe the leather with a soft damp cloth.
MY BAG IS DAMAGED WHAT CAN I DO?
If you received defective, damaged or incorrect items, contact us within 5 days after your package is delivered with a photo of the defect or issue to: email@example.com so we can fix it for you.
I'M NOT HAPPY WITH MY ORDER, WHAT CAN I DO?
We don't process refunds because you "didn't like" the product. We have a full description of every single product that we sell so customers so customers know exactly what they will receive. If an item is defective or damaged due to manufacturer error or if we ship the wrong item, we will send you replacement and there is no need for you to return the received item. You must send pictures/videos of the damaged or incorrect item.
I HAVE CHANGED MY MIND CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
You have 24 hours to cancel your order, after that your order will enter into production and we can no longer cancel your order. We do not accept returns because you have "changed your mind".
