After your payment is verified, it may take up to 3-5 business days to process and ship your order. All orders are shipped through DHL Express.
- Orders from US may take another 2-5 business days to be delivered
- International orders may take another 3-7 business days to be delivered
MY BAG IS DAMAGE WHAT CAN I DO?
If you received defective, damaged or incorrect items, contact us within 5 days after your package is delivered with a photo/ video showing the defect or issue to: firstname.lastname@example.org so we can fix it for you.
I'M NOT HAPPY WITH MY ORDER, WHAT CAN I DO?
We don't process refunds because you "didn't like" the product. We have a full description of every single product that we sell so customers can know exactly what they will receive. If an item is defective or damaged due to manufacturer error or if we ship you the wrong item, we will send a replacement to you and there is no need to return the item. You must send pictures/videos of the damaged or incorrect item.
I CHANGE MY MIND CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
You have 24 hours to cancel your order, otherwise your order goes to the production team and we can no longer cancel your order. We not accept returns because you "changed your mind".
